Windows 10 App Design
Partnered with Microsoft to design AmericanExpress.com for their new Windows 10 universal app platform available for mobile, tablet, and desktop. We targeted designing most frequented journeys across the authenticated experience, creating a consistent end-to-end experience in a new responsive design system.
When the app launched, we saw an immediate increase in app ratings, going from a 3.0 to a 4.6 out of 5 stars.

This was one of the first ever Windows 10 apps built and was considered a flagship experience available on mobile, tablet, and desktop. Windows 10 users, whose user base was estimated at 120 million devices, was projected to reach 1 billion by 2017.
